European Mobility Programme – AI & Health Internship at Inria

This program offers 10 students enrolled  the Master's program AI & Health, the chance to complete a 6-month internship in INRIA world-class laboratories in France. It contributes to promote Ph.D studies at Master's level.

This approach aims to help students in internship to find their professional specialization, thank to the support and supervision provided by experts from INRIA different research teams. The grant amount is 600 euros to support general costs (travel expenses , accomodation, subsistance ...). Repetriation and liabiilty insurances are not covered by INRIA host laboratory.

A data protection agreement between INRIA and the student's home university must be signed before the student arrives at the host organization.

Key dates

• January 8, 2026: opening of the internship call
• March 31, 2026: deadline for applying for the call
• January 2026: start of the internships in INRIA's hosting labs
• October 2026: deadline for completing an internship funded by INRIA's financial support to third party.

Who can apply: The Call is open only for students from EU countries, EFTA countries, and those from countries already associated with the Digital Europe Programme (like Ukraine). Applicants need to be registerd as students in the Master's degree programs of the project AI & Health. Please note that this grant could not be combined with other EU funding (e.g., the allowance awarded as part of the student mobility for placement (SMP) within the Erasmus+ programme) to avoir double-funding.
